Hospital Flips with Mark Hanson! Hospital flips are not to be confused with casper flips! Casper flips involve tapping with your back foot to reverse the flip, whereas hospital flips are all about the front foot.

How to 360 flip with Mark Hanson! Yay.
Rodney Mullen invented 360 flips. They’re also called 3 flips, tres flips, and tres bombs. Mike Mo Capaldi has some sick 3 flips. And then there’s Josiah Gatlyn. His tres’ are ridonkulous. Seriously, I don’t know whether they’re good, or just funny You’ll see what I mean.

whats the foot positon and everything, explain it, is it hard to learn?
first thing is you have to be able to kickflip and backside 180 pretty well before you start trying backside flips.
second thing you have to know is foot placement. put your front foot where you would normally put it for a kickflip, then put your backfoot where you would for a kickflip but a little more towards the toeside of the board.
the third thing you have to know is the movement. wind up your shoulders before you start to pop, once you pop flick your front foot a little more straight forward than you would for a normal kickflip. make sure your shoulders are lined up with the bolts while the board flips. catch it after the board spins half of a 180, finish off the spin, and ride away.
Impress your friends by picking up a new trick… the nollie hard flip.
