How do I build a good longboard skateboard?

I want to build a longboard with my younger brother but idk anything about them?
what does the difference in wheel size do? (70mm/75a,76mm/75a) what is that?
What do the bearing do?
What kind of trucks?

Basically I want to know what are the best parts to get and why.
