Trying to get your kids off those mind draining video games? Let me tell you, I know your pain, as I have a few kids and know how tough that can be. Here’s the tricky part though. Skateboarding is a wonderful outdoor activity because not only will your kids get some fresh air, but they will improve their coordination and balance. I know what some of you might be thinking, that skateboarding is dangerous. Well, to some extent it is and that is why it is appealing to kids. But don’t worry, there are many things that can be done to make sure your kids stay safe while learning how to skateboard. You can make skateboarding a fun and safe activity. Although that can be another challenge, getting your kids to wear the safety gear!
